Registered in 2023 and licensed to trade in 2024, our company is a new kind of player in the industry. Headquartered in Kerugoya, we are not a profit-motivated entity. We are a farmer-centric organization, wholly owned by the Kirinyaga Coffee Union, and driven by a singular desire to connect our growers to new, more beneficial marketing arrangements. Our success is measured not in profits, but in the prosperity of our farmers.
Our unique structure and deep industry roots set us apart. We are more than just a brokerage; we are a dedicated partner for buyers seeking quality, transparency, and a direct connection to the source.
Our primary objective is to offer premium coffee for sale at the Nairobi Coffee Exchange, but our vision goes further. We are actively working to broaden our client base and prepare for the direct export of “clean coffee” under the Union.
This strategic move is designed to increase revenue for our growers and stimulate coffee acreage across the entire region, securing a prosperous future for the next generation of Kenyan coffee farmers.

Inoi Farmers Cooperative Society (FCS Code 0417) is located in Kirinyaga Central Subcounty within Kirinyaga County and was established in 1954. The society operates at an altitude of approximately 1400 meters above sea level and comprises 11 factories, serving a total of 6,117 farmers. The region is characterized by loam soil and relies primarily on rivers as its main water source. The area experiences a cool to warm, humid, and rainy climate, with annual rainfall ranging between 1200mm and 1700mm. The main coffee picking season runs from October to December.
