We carry the farmer's voice through the entire value chain — milling at Kirinyaga County Coffee Mill Ltd, trading through Kirinyaga Slopes Coffee Brokerage Co. Ltd.

to auction lot

Intake & Weighing

Parchment arrives from member factories, weighed and logged per society for full traceability.

Hulling

The parchment layer is removed to reveal green beans, with minimal breakage.

Cleaning & Sorting

Density and screen sorting remove defects and foreign matter.

Grading

Beans are separated into AA, AB, PB, C and secondary grades by size and density.

Cupping & Profiling

Every outturn is sample-roasted and cupped to document its flavour profile.

Bagging & Dispatch

Lots are bagged, sealed and dispatched to the Nairobi Coffee Exchange or direct buyers.
